参与建筑项目全程设计工作。要求：

1、建筑学本科及以上学历，知名设计机构五年以上工作经验，担任过项目负责人或专业负责人； 

2、 具备独立运作项目的能力与经验，具有丰富的从方案到施工图的建筑设计全过程经验，熟悉建筑设计规范与法规；

3．擅长项目设计组织管理，具有带领团队工作的能力，具备良好的业主沟通能力；

4．对建筑设计具有执著热情，具有敏锐的建筑创作能力和事业追求；

5．具备海外学习和良好英语沟通能力者优先，一级注册建筑师优先。

 

项目建筑师

参与建筑项目的全过程设计工作。要求：

1、建筑学本科及以上学历，知名设计机构两年以上工作经验； 

2、具备完善的参与项目能力与经验，具有良好方案能力，具备全过程施工图设计能力；

3．具备良好团队意识与合作精神，具有良好沟通能力；

5．具备海外学习背景和良好英语沟通能力者优先。

建筑师

室内设计师

参与建筑项目室内设计工作。要求：

1. 室内设计相关专业本科及以上学历，或两年以上工作经验；

Participate in construction projects throughout the design phase. Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, more than 5 years working experience;

2. Have rich experience in the whole process involved in building design, construction plans and especially the experience of the construction site management stage, familiar with and capable of leading collaborative work among various professional trades;

3. Good at organization and management of the project design, can accurately understand and grasp needs of the project and the owners;

4. Have a persistent pursuit of architectural art. Have excellent design capability and innovative architectural ideas, mentally alert, active, and be able to complete design work well in a fast and stressful conditions, Keep aggressive and have a good attitude towards learning new knowledge and skills;

Project Architect
