项目以河洛交汇的文化意向为切入点，设计建筑形态宛如黄河与洛河交汇形成的自然造型，大气舒展、浑若天成；三个方向的延展态势、曲线勾勒与力度变化，既浓缩了中原历史文化的变迁，又犹如螺旋桨引擎和飞鸟展翼，强烈的科技感寓意着“郑州之腾飞、河南之崛起”。建筑形态充分考虑多面向的城市建筑与景观要素，对环境特征、周边规划、市政体系均作出积极响应，展示和谐共生，自然天成的气度。

Introduction
The project takes the cultural intention of the confluence of the Yellow River and the Luo River as the starting point, and the design of the architectural form is like the natural shape formed by the confluence of the Yellow River and the Luo River, with an atmospheric and comfortable atmosphere, as if it were formed by heaven; The extension trend, curve outline, and dynamic changes in the three directions not only concentrate the changes in the history and culture of the Central Plains, but also resemble propeller engines and flying birds spreading their wings. The strong sense of technology implies 'the takeoff of Zhengzhou and the rise of Henan'. The architectural form fully considers multi-dimensional urban architecture and landscape elements, and responds positively to environmental characteristics, surrounding planning, and municipal systems, showcasing a harmonious coexistence and natural atmosphere.
